A Concise Restatement of the Law Governing Lawyers

Compiled by Vincent R. Johnson of St. Mary’s University School of Law and Susan Saab Fortney of Texas Tech University School of Law, this work reproduces all black-letter Sections of the Restatement in full, and each Section is accompanied by relevant commentary.
