The panel will be moderated by Mark Joseph Stern, senior writer at Slate Magazine, and will also include Carlos A. Ball, Distinguished Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School. Opening remarks will be delivered by Zinelle October, Interim President of the American Constitution Society.
