Awaits Guidance on Campus Sexual Assault Debate

In a recent article, the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) discusses ALI’s participation in the campus sexual assault debate via its development of the Project on Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct on Campus: Procedural Frameworks and Analysis, as well as the Model Penal Code: Sexual Assault and Related Offenses project.
