An article written by Richard W. Painter of the University of Minnesota Law School has been featured in The New York Times. The piece, “The Conservative Case for Campaign-Finance Reform,” urges Republican candidates to address the topic of campaign-finance reform during this election.
Professor Painter is an Associate Reporter for the Principles of the Law, Government Ethics project, as well as a Members Consultative Group participant for the Restatement of the Law, Charitable Nonprofit Organizations project.
