During ALI’s Annual Meeting earlier this year, Patricia M. Wald was presented the Henry J. Friendly Medal by Harry T. Edwards of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. The Medal recognizes contributions to the law in the tradition of Judge Friendly and the Institute.
In its July newsletter, the Historical Society of the District of Columbia Circuit, of which Judge Wald is a member, included a feature on the award presentation.
