“Privacy of the Mind” with Farahany and Solove

January 15, 2026

In “Privacy of the Mind,” Daniel J. Solove of George Washington University Law School interviews Nita Farahany of Duke University School of Law, author of The Battle for Your Brain, about the latest developments in mental privacy and neurotechnology.

A video of the interview will be available on January 21 at 2:00 p.m. ET, on Teachprivacy.com. TeachPrivacy provides computer-based data privacy awareness training for employees of all types of organizations in a wide array of industries.

Farahany currently serves as a Reporter for Principles for the Governance of Biometrics, a joint project launched in 2024 with the European Law Institute. Solove served as a Reporter for Principles of the Law, Data Privacy (published in 2020), which provides a framework for regulating data privacy and for duties and responsibilities for entities that process personal data.

Registration is required to access the video interview. Visit teachprivacy.com to learn more.
