At the 2015 Annual Meeting, TD No. 1, §§ 101-105; 110, was submitted for a vote and was approved. Portions dealing with consent within those Sections and in additional Sections were submitted for discussion only.
In response to motions and discussion at the 2015 Annual Meeting, the Reporters have revised § 103. The revised Section is now available for download here, in both redline and clean versions.
The ALI Council will vote on the revisions to § 103 the next time Council reviews other portions of the project.
It is expected that at the 2017 Annual Meeting members will discuss and vote on revised § 103.
