The Bolch Judicial Institute at Duke Law School has awarded the Susan and Carl Bolch Jr. Prize for the Rule of Law to ALI President David F. Levi.

Duff of the University of Kentucky College of Law, and Bolch Judicial Institute Director Kimberly J. Mueller, followed by Levi’s acceptance of the prize.
The program also includes a panel discussion moderated by Levi with Judge Diane P. Wood, Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton, Chief Justice Wallace B. Jefferson, and Mueller on judicial independence, public trust, and the challenges facing courts today. The program concludes with remarks by Susan Bass Bolch, co-founder of the Bolch Judicial Institute.
